Easy to join and as “hands on” as an online class can be!

Step 1

Interactive Online Classes

  • Each class/session = 75 minutes
  • Purchase in packages of 5 or 6 sessions
  • One session per week over 5 or 6 weeks

Item recommended for online classes:

* We’ll find things that work for your situation if you don’t have these items handy.

1 – 2 Blankets

1  Yoga Belt

2 Wooden or foam blocks

1 Bolster

1 Chair

1 – 2 Yoga Mats set up at a wall

Power Up!

    • Tablets, laptops & desktop computers work best for the virtual classes.
    • Plug your device in as a lot of battery power is used.
    • Set up your device in an area where your teacher can see you and you can see your screen, therefore your teacher.

Feel free to invite a friend to try, each student signs into the class and pays separately. Waivers will be sent to them and need to be returned ahead of class day.

STEPS TO JOIN CLASS

  1. Open Zoom app on your device
  2. Click JOIN link/button
  3. Window opens where you’ll be asked to enter meeting ID – will be sent to you
  4. After inputting the meeting ID number click Join – a window will open up for the password – will be sent to you
  5. Make sure the microphone & video buttons are on (look for these controls at bottom of video screen)

 

Classes Taught in Small Groups

These smaller groups allows the teacher to meet the needs of the students and provide a progressive learning environment supporting the student’s growth in their practice.

Smaller group classes are the closest to a personalized class at a fraction of the cost. Offering a friendly and communal space to re-integrate body and soul.

Check the schedule to confirm which class you wish to attend then book your spot!

Your classes are amazing!

Your on-line classes are amazing, you have adapted so well. I have found the home classes very helpful in encouraging me to do my home practice, somehow it seems I remember the details of poses better when I want to repeat them at home. Also I am able to enjoy more frequent classes with you since I don’t have an hour of driving per class. So, clearly I would like to continue at home classes.

However, I understand most people, including yourself, benefit greatly at the studio. I do, for that matter, there is that super calm, positive energy as I enter the studio with you, and there are no distractions. Once I feel confident in going into public again I would be happy to come to the studio, but also I’m happy to do as many classes as are available at home.When you are able to open Lance and I would like to take some privates with you. We’ve been talking about this for months and now would be he perfect time.

Lance and I are of a like mind with Edna, we would very much like to help you, however possible, to get through these difficult times. You are not just “a business”. You give so much love, care and support to your students. Before I had the good fortune of discovering you I was a regular client of chiropractic, massage, acupuncture . . . endless hours and dollars to find relieve from various ongoing issues. Always fearing my “saviours” would retire, move, give up their practice and leave me helpless once more. My life is forever changed since discovering Iyengar Yoga through you! You have given me a gift, a gift that keeps on giving.Thank you Eileen, for being the amazing teacher that you are and even more for being such a kind, generous and loving person.
