Practiced by a select group of Certified Level 3 Iyengar teachers in Canada and Certified yoga therapists C-IAYT.

Abby Yoga Studio provides yoga classes and private sessions for all levels including those with physical limitations. Each class is unique and caters directly to the needs of each level of student skill. We also have yoga workshops throughout the year.
