Eileen Millar started the studio more than 15 years ago with the vision to provide true Iyengar yoga to the Abbotsford community. This commitment has created a thriving studio that offers a pure yoga experience unlike any other.

Abby Yoga Studio provides yoga classes and private sessions for all levels including those with physical limitations. Each class is unique and caters directly to the needs of each level of student skill. We also have yoga workshops throughout the year.

We’re Open!

In studio & online private one-on-one & Semi-private sessions as well as Online group classes are offered.

In studio classes are preregistered and limited to 6 people providing plenty of personal space.

Mats are positioned 2.5 meters apart. Our smaller group classes provide personalized attention. We support you in a progressive learning environment where you can feel comfortable & at ease with like-minded individuals.
