Class Length – 75 & 90 Minute classes
Class Packages – Purchase in packages of 4 or 6 sessions = 1 session per week over 4 or 6 weeks
75 minute classes = $23.50/class
90 minute classes – $24.00/class

Flexible scheduling needed?
No problem just register for one class and move the schedule around as needed! Based on availability.
If you miss a class and it’s a class you take regularly, you can do a make-up class in another class as space allows in the current session-or the next – with minimum 24hrs notice.
First Time Drop in Rate
$30.00 – Health questionnaire must be completed & drop in based on availability. GST Incl.
Regular Drop in Rate
For those who’ve completed a Health questionnaire and have attended a class or session previously:
$25 for 75 min classes
$26 for 90 min classes

5 Session Package = $525.00
10 Session Package = $1,000.00

Modified group yoga therapy sessions avilable in studio for 2 – 4 max
*Private and Semi private rope wall sessions available
